I am very stressed these days and I can't seem to find a healthy/ productive/ sensible way to deal with my stress. So far, I have tried crying, yelling, fighting with my husband, not getting out of bed, slamming my office door in people's faces and eating copious amounts of salami.

Here's what I should be doing: exercising and not procrastinating. Today on WikiHow, there was a highlighted article on how to not procrastinate, so here is my tip o' the day:

"Focus on starting, instead of on finishing"
